Hi,
Is it possible to transfer the title of property that is still under construction? (simply transferring title, no sale/purchase transaction involved)?
I purchased a condo few years ago with a friend, but at the time of signing the S&P agreement, only my friend's name was on it.
Now we would like to assign the title under my name, since I am mostly in charge of dealing with matters regarding the condo.
Would that be possible, and what documents will I have to present to the developer/government?
