Booking sites state that pets are not allowed. However, we don't know if that applies to owners. So, we'd advise that you to check with the management or perhaps agents who've listed units here: https://www.propertyguru.com.my/condo/windmill-upon-hills-11630#condo-available-units. They should be able to provide an answer.
