I've purchased a new house with G&G status but did not stated in our Sales and purchased agreement in 2019.
I had taken VP my new house on March 2022 with half build parameter fencing and temporary security guard post.
On 12 May 2023, local authorities had Sealed and issue a Notive to developer to remove all barriers post and fencing as this developer never applied for G&G status nor got any approval from maljlis.
Spoken to developer lawyer and developer about this but till today still no answer from them.
We felt cheated and helpless .
