Hi, I've purchased a subsale property.Loan approved,already signed SPA.Me and owner are using the same lawyer.Owner are husband and wife so there's two names.Recently the wife passed away,and lawyer say I have to wait another 3 to 6months due to involvement in high court.Lawyer give options like rent with owner first,or cancel the deal.What do you guys suggest? Thanks in advance.
