Hi, just wanted to enquiry about the leaking issue for my condo.
I've paid for the repairing cost to my below neighbor due to the ceiling leaking from my side (the area is toilet). But now, he requested me to repaint his ceiling included WALL of his entire toilet. Besides that, he also requested me to change the painting colour from original black to white. As i understand that the painting work that i need to responsible is paint back the effect area of the original colour (black) and i dont need to pay for additional area, right? However, his is the condo management's committee and the mgmt maintenance keep insist me to take the full responsible for the painting cost and say that the original colour for toilet should be white (not black). So they wanted me to pay for the repaint cost for entire toilet. Kindly advise.
