Hi me and my friends want to rent a condominium at Melaka near our college. The monthly rent is RM1800 and the deposit is 1 month advance rental + 2 month security deposit + 1 month utility deposit .

Can someone explain how much is the total for the deposit? Cause I'm not really an expert about this, thank you
