Hi, me & my wife are interested to purchase an apartment (joint) and we can only afford the 3% earnest deposit for now and planning to take out both our account 2 EPF to pay for the remaining 7% deposit balance. As told by EPF, we need to have the S&P & Bank Offer Letter first before we're allowed to withdraw our EPF Account 2 money.
Is there a work around for this? As I normally saw agent's ad that the S&P will only be given after settling the whole deposit amount.
Thank you.
