Hi, my auntie loss her property title, what is the procedure to apply back, but the property title is with her name & our late grandfather. But now her sibling would like to claim back their's share(from late grandfather), but my auntie refuse. How & What is the procedure , they would like to claim back their'share & some siblings is pass away but had their decendant.
