Hi, my brother own a property under his own name only and he choose MRTA for the property. The total loan from bank with period 40years but the MRTA cover 20years only as per stated in agreement. He also authorised bank to add in his sister (myself) name as a person nominee. May I know what kind is this nominee role? Is it i will becoming a beneficiary for the property or my main role just to action help him settle off the balance bank loan only and not a beneficiary for the property if my brother pass away?
