Hi, my husband and I are first time buying house. The house is under construction that just launched recently. It costs RM390500 with rebate 10%. We plan to borrow RM250K from bank while the remaining we pay by cash. According to the developer, once the bank loan approved, the developer will bill us and need us to pay the remaining amount (cash) with one time payment instead of by stage base on the construction progress. We find it weird. May I know what are the proper process or payment by cash to the developer beside bank loan?
