Hi, my husband and me are Judicially Separated. He owned a house which is only under his name and still under loan. Now he has not been paying the monthly instalments for almost 4 months. The bank called and I had paid 1 month instalment. The court has ordered that the house must be put as a trust for our children which he didn't do. Do i have right on that house? If yes, what and how shall i go about it?. Kindly advice what can I do as I don't want the house to be auctioned by bank. Thank you.
