Hi, my questions
1) Can we include defect liability term in SNP for subsale house. Or at least, term like seller has to be responsible to repair house defects prior to handing over key? House is more than 15 yrs.
2) Can we opt not to take MRTA if we can show evidence to bank that we have life/TPD insurance more than the house value?
