Hi. My SNP stamped on 18 Nov 2020. Until now, the buying process still under progress.
My question is, do i eligible for the stamp duty exemption as i am a first time home buyer.
I heard this exemption also not applicable to service apartment. Since im buying a service apartment, do i will get the exemption on duty stamp?
