hi, my wife is a banker and i wanted to buy a second property under her name. LOANS no issue and can be approved in short time. we checked our eligibility and we found a property in property guru but its an auction property.

1) can a baker buys a auction propoerty without bidding?
2) can it be proceed without 10% payment since banker can get full loans?
