Our loan approved on dec20 and i was informed that the vendor (seller) has not change the tiltle of the house. Still under master title. Upon chasing, spa was signed in mar’21 and until now we stil have not receive any update on transfer title to individual. Mag i check if we as a buyer has the right to cancel it since it buyer fault and i dont wish to proceed anymore since ive been waiting close to year. My lwyer informed that inshall wait until spa expired which is in oct inclusive mco extension. Pls advise if interminate now will our deposit will be forefeited eventhoug its seller fault? Please advise
