hi property guru 2 yrs ago when submit agreement to mpsj and rejected due to cf or kn issued .
may i know kn or cf is landlord respoobility or tenant
its drag 2 yrs and now i coudnt open coffeeshop due to cf.
landlord forfeited all my deposit saying i couldnt come out kn therefore my deposit will be forfeited. if in early stage landlord unable to get license for coffeeshop due to KN issued. i not even started bussiness that money and deposit forfeited by reason he giving 2 yrs time ..some more which landlord asking not to hurry due to mco and shop arent allow to dine in.
And now he wanted kick out me out and with empty hand.
what should do?
