Hi Property Guru,
I have a condominium unit which is quite new (~4 years) and the unit below feedback of water leakage causing plaster ceiling collapse. Initial inspection suggestion it could be a pipe leakage (that is sealed within the inter floor cement) in which I have not done any renovation that could have caused this issue. How to get the developer to own and carry out the repair to prevent leakage again?
Need inputs.
Thanks!
