Hi Property Guru, I have purchased a condominium which is under HOC. Earlier the agent was told that all the SPA and legal disbursement fees are free. But, Once my loan has been approved, they provide me a form under legas fees the legal fees, ad valorem stamp duty and disbursement relating to the transfer of the Property to you upon issuance of the strata title shall be borne by you.

Secondly, For the avoidance of doubt, the ad valorem stamp duty payable on the principal loan agreement and all other costs in respect of the loan (e.g. any overdraft and/or MRTA facilities) and the legal fees, stamp duty and disbursements relating to the registration of the legal charge and consent to charge and preparation of other documents required by the Financier upon issuance of the strata title shall be borne by you.

So, just want to clarify is it purchaser to borne all that cost even under HOC.
