Hi propertyguru,
A house is owned by 3 parties as below:
X (own 12.5% & act as trustee for Z but passed away without will. )
Y (own 50%)
Z (own 37.5% and hold by Amanah Raya until reach 18 years old)
How to sell the house and distribute based on Malaysia acts?
Please advise.
