I would like to seek advise for the following case:
My banker / bank has released loan 1month later then 3months, which is the developer's due date. Now is the time where I have to collect the key & the developer asked me to pay penalty for 1month late, as well. The issue here is I have settled & done my part so much earlier, it's just that bank & developer's lawyer had delay for one month. And I have all the evidence since I have been following up them from the early stage. Is there any way that I could do to claim from banker/bank or lawyer for their irresponsibility until it incurr me penalty for cost of 1month? Please advise. Thanks!
