Hi PropertyGuru, I am curious to know what are your thoughts and insights on investment in residential properties in Johor in specific areas such as Bukit Indah and Setia Tropika.
With cluster houses being sold by the developer at prices >>RM$1.1M for 2800 - 3000 sqf built up space, are there still any upsides to these two locations?
Both are pretty strategically located in areas that are safe and convenient. Hope you can share your thoughts?
