Hi Propertyguru, I have planned to purchase an unit from developer and he already issued a purchase form to me. Afterwards only I find out that the unit is entitled for HOC and the developer didn’t inform me about this at the first place. Now my question is how would I know the SPA price listed in the sales form is either before or after HOC discount?
