Hi recently I saw one unit for rent at the same day the agent ask me to pay booking fees if I want the unit to confirm so I transfer him 1k first then later few days we decide to cancel the booking due to some problem so we call the agent to inform about tis but the agent say my booking fees will be burn but I never sign and document yet how can I get back my booking fees pls advice me tq
