Whether the entire management councils can overstaying on their expired term :
1) on the continuation of the management decisions, transactions, dealings with vendors, subsidiary proprietors & others
2) and particularly as signatories on the management corporation accounts with bank's and financial institutions..
3) though, a group of 15 owners (petitioners) jointly wrote to demand and insist the management committee members and appointed Property Management to Reconvene on the RESUMING and continuation of the 2021-2022 AGM previously held on 5/12/2021 by 28/3/2022., where the MC & PM reluctant & declined to respond on the 2021-2022 AGM by 28/3/2022 which was due & elapse.
Q: i) WHAT & HOW SHOULD WE - THE SUBSIDIARY PROPRIETORS DO. ?
ii) COMMUNITY'S FUND HAD HAS BEEN MISUSE & MISMANAGE
iii) PARTICULARLY UTILISATION OF THE SINKING FUND WAS NEVER (EVER) BEING MANDATED IN THE EGM &/ AGM.
iv) 2016 - 2020 MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS MC RELUCTANT TO CHOP & SIGN, THOUGH SUBMITTED TO THE AUDITOR FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE AUDITED FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS.
v) SOME OWNERS SUGGEST LODGEMENT TO MACC & COMMERCIAL CRIME POLICE FOR INVESTIGATION...?
vi) OTHERS LEARNED GURU MAY THINK FIT
