Hi sir , good evening to you . Sir I am renting a landed property for my workers who are foreigners from nepal working as security guards . Im staying in that house 2017 till now . Done agreements on 2017/18&19, but did not do arrangements in 2020&2021 due to covid pandemic.
Now the owner call and giving us 3 days to vacate or the utilities will be cut off . I lodge a police report due to not satisfied and the owner is treating to cut utilities.
The police man give 1 week time to vacate due to no any agreement, that was from date 7 to 15 April,
On the 9 , the owner dismantled the whole meter without giving any alert to us . Then I do report again on the matter . But the police said that the owner have reported that dismantling electrical meter by TNB will not be is responsibility.
Sir , how to deal with such case. Can I sue the owner for causing so much discomfort for my workers.
