HI Sir/Madam,
I bought a hotel suite and participated in the GRR program. Lately cuz of covid the GRR rental was not sufficient to pay my bank loan. I came out of the GRR program. I managed to find a tenant to rent out my suite.
All my dues are up-to-date, Since my unit is in the hotel I have a problem the MC blocks of my tenant's access card to her unit without any notice. And this have happen twice. I have questioned the building manager and he told him they have no right to block of the access card as they like. I have mention to him that under strata title act it wrong when payment are up to date., but he told me that , some time Strata Management Act does not apply to hotel suites. What I need to know are hotel suites covered under strata management act or is there any other act where I can appeal for justice. Can you PLEASE give me some advice/guidance where I can get some help on this?
