Hi so i have rented a room in November and what happened is two days ago a fellow housemate called me and informed that the agent brought someone to view the room without my knowledge and he even told them that i will move out very soon which is not true. All my belongings were there and it is totally unacceptable. So now i have decided to move out of the place and he is refusing to pay the 2 months deposits and utilities bill which is refundable. He also didn't sign the agreement and I haven't sign it as well because supposedly he should have gave it to me but he didn't. May i know what i can do to get back my money?Im so very devastated.
