Hi, the completion date as per SPA for my new house is on 26 Dec 2023. I received an email from developer (with attachment of the vacant possession ready, with Form F dated 10 Nov 2023 and will be delivered by registered post) on 22 Dec 2023. I have yet to receive the registered post. My question is which is the date where I legally received the vacant possession:
1. 22 Dec 2023 - Date where I received the email
2. 10 Nov 2023 - Date of Form F
3. Date where I physically receive the vacant possession letter.
My deposit payment date is a month earlier than SPA date. So, if I'm entitled for the LAD, I may demand it from developer based on deposit payment date. Thanks.
