Hi, the individual title of my terrace house (at Sg Buluh, Selangor) has just issued and the bank lawyer is in the process of perfection the transfer and charged to the bank. Meanwhile, I have sold the house and in the process of signing SPA. The purchase lawyer proposed to do double transfer to save time and cost (to send in 2 borang 14A at the same time from developer to my name and my name to the purchase name). However, my lawyer suggested to proceed with the normal practise to do the perfection of transfer to my name first and then only from my name to purchaser which this will be faster and interest of all parties are protected.
I would like to seek 2nd opinion on such scenario, which method is faster and cost saving ?
