Hi there, I have a property with shared with another partner which separated mutually. Currently I would like the property to be transferred solely under my name since I have borne all cost from the beginning. It has been 4 years since the S&P signing and a year after collecting keys. Have yet to settle MOT with the developer. What should I do to get this settled ya? Thanks in advanced.
