Hi there.
I would like to rent my shared room to a minor (17 years old).
Currently, i can't ask for her parents' (penjaga) or relatives' signature because they live across the sea (Sarawak).
Other current tenant in my unit is an adult, and i think i could make her as a trustee to create a joint tenancy, but i am not sure on legalities about this.
How can i get into a Tenancy Agreement for this case?
