Hi, there is water seeping in from the building exterior where my windows are. Suspect it's problem with the window waterproofing. Window skirting damage is worsening and multiple units are facing the same problem.
Developer's warranty is expired. Who should be responsible for the repair? Owner or management as it is an exterior issue.
