Hi there . Not long I've encountered with a landlord of the unit I want to rent . First he ask for 1k payment. Then keep asking for more so that I can move in immediately. After total of rm3500 I paid . He's asking for rm1k for last payment so I can move in right away. But I refuse because I feel like something is not right here . Then I say I want a refund like canceling the house. But he say need to pay 1k for refund . So I want to meet up but he say need to pay 1k then we can do a meet up . Am I being scammed? He keep saying that how they proceed for renting. I need an answer
