Hi There,

I'm planning to purchase a subscales condo at Metropolitan Square, Damansara Perdana. Looking at Block C unit with approx 975sqft- with hill view preferably. I saw a selling estimation at about RM560,000 with partial furnished. If you could advise if this is a fair price to pursue?

you may view few more unit for comparison. at the same time also u also can get the property details to check with your preferred banker what is the property valuation you can get. then u will have some clue what is the price range for the said property u looking for. Read More
