Hi There,

I'm planning to purchase a subscales condo at Metropolitan Square, Damansara Perdana. Looking at Block C unit with approx 975sqft- with hill view preferably. I saw a selling estimation at about RM560,000 with partial furnished. If you could advise if this is a fair price to pursue?
