Hi, wants to check my rights and interests on my condo. As I had been file in report since 3 months back, which the garbage door Hydraulic door system is malfunction, Covid 19 situation, hygiene taken seriously. I complain to management office x3, Chairman x3 but failed to fixed a simple replacement task. I aware that the Indonesian handyman is engaging personal job on my condo. I am no problem with this. As long he not affected his primary job. During this 3 month, I also been complaints on this handyman failed of his primary work. This is beyond my patience. Confront the Chairman. End up disappointed which he claimed, he need more information. This is total unacceptable. The handyman personal work never pass any resolution or agreement from the residents. This evening I just simply go thought few floor, I noticed some of the hydraulic door is left unfix, other door is left unlock. I question on what ground that the Chairman risking and allow his to do his own business but neglected my and the whole residents rights and interests? I am tremendously upset. Actually I am plan to report to KDN for the handyman personal business. Or other authority, Actually that not my main purpose, I just wanted him to do what we pay him for, on this crucial situation. Actually I understand the Chairman is betrayed the mandate residents entrusted him. Betrayed our rights & interests. Can somebody point me some advice. Thank you.
