Hi, We are Singaporeans keen on buying a property in Cyberjaya for own stay. According to the latest news article dated 3 March on PropertyGuru website (refer to the link below), only KL, Putrajaya & Labuan has enforced the minimum purchase price of RM1 million for foreigners. In other states, the actual enforcement date of this minimum purchase price is subject to each state authority. However, some property agents informed me that Selangor has already enforced this too. In this case, which relevant authority can I check with about this enforcement? I do not want to be tricked into buying a much higher priced property.
