HI, we bought a house together and registered in joint names thinking we will get married. But it didn't work out mutually. So, now i want to remove my name and he will become the single title owner. House still has mortgage, how do i go about changing the joint to single title under his sole name? what is the legal fees like? We are willing to sign without any cost.
