Hi, we bought a house together and registered in joint names thinking we will get married. But it didn't work out mutually. So, now I want to remove my name and he will become the single title owner. how do I go about changing the joint to a single title under his sole name? S&P under both names (mine and his). The housing loan is under his name only. what are the legal fees like? We are willing to sign without any cost. Since I don't need this property, I am willing to let go of my share. Please advice.
