Hi, we know that the overwhelming of condos and apartment in johor market so many developer are giving rebate and cash back. Let's say my SPA price is 500k but the actual price i bought is 360k if i would like to sell after collection of keys for 500K. RPGTax is equal, there's no gain or loss do I need to pay for the tax?
