we planned to buy a house . we interested in one house and paid the booking. but the developer is small company. we have checked on the blacklist developer and the company not listed. but we are afraid (not sure) on the quality. the house basically met the criteria of our dream house. now has completed almost 60% and expected to complete by end 2021. pls advise
