Hi,
We're a group of Singaporeans keen to find out more about property investment in Malaysia. However, we do not know about the rule and regulations of property ownership for foreigners.
Please help to advise us on the followings :
1. What are the restrictions of foreigners ownership ?
2. Are there any sub-sales or re-sales restrictions ?
3. How about taxes ? i.e. stamp duty, rental income tax, real property capital gain tax etc. ?
4. Is there any mortgage loan available ? How much can foreigners borrow ? what is the current interest rate ?
5. How much is agent commissions, management fees for rental etc. ?
6. Any other valuable information that we need to be aware of ?
