Hi, what is the consequences if unable to locate the developer to issue consent for purchasing an apartment that strata title was out more than a year? Developer company is still existed according to SSM search but unable to locate them due to no contact no. JMB office also don't have the contact. Isn't the JMB should know about all these info?
