Hi what to do if:
scenario : Joint name (both SPA and housing loan) with my boyfriend but wanted to remove his name and change to my sister. what is the overall process?
If change housing loan name to my sister, do I need to provide pay slip again? I won't be able to provide as I am jobless for now.
