Hi, when is the full exemption of stamp duty which stated in 2021 budgetary enforcement? As I am in the process of buying a house now but lawyer is charging the stamp duty on transfer and saying that the budget 2021 isn't yet enforce.
Please advise.

Pls seek explanation from your lawyer sure they will explain to you . It need to be gazetted first but till todate no news. Read More
