hi, with 6xxk rm budget, where should I buy in kl, casa kiara 1 three bedr, parkview service apt one bedr, or other choices? I am buying for rental yield. as a foreigner, I understand that I have to pay 26% rental income tax so for my nett yield to be at least 4%, I need to have a gross yield of more than 6% on my buy. I am in a dilemma whether to get mk, klcc, bangsar, to buy a one, two or three bedr or to get a brand new, five year old unit or get an old unit to do it up to rent out. please advise me on this. thanks
