Hi, wondering if developer informed me the house plan in SPA was attached wrongly (SPA house plan is front door on right, while actual is on Left) after signed, what should I pay attention for if developer need to revise the house plan on SPA and request me to sign back? Should the buyer suppose to get compensation for this case?
