Hi,anyone know, we as property agent facing the case below:
i have a piece of land from owner,i found a buyer for him,after negotiate few day with him and buyer.then buyer find out owner contact,after that they deal directly that no need to pay commision...isn't there is nothing to protect our agent for this case even i got email record with owner and buyer,buyer is developer.
anyone know how can solve this or just let it go?(maybe im the unlucky one)
