Hi...I currently own a single storey in batu 9..taman wangsa cheras...am planning to buy a double storey house...budget is abt 450k..so far the area that matches my requirements are mahkota cheras..sg long...balakong...sri kembangan...im working in kl...what area wud b recommended? Or shud I just renovate my single storey to bcome 2 storey?
