Hi,I'm a foreigner working in Malayisa. I would like to buy a unit in condo in Selangor.

Is it possible for me to buy?
Is there a restriction for a foreigner to buy a flat less than RM 500,000 in Selangor?
Is there a way for a foreigner to buy a flat which costs around RM 400,000 in Selangor?(Any special permission or exception case) Thanks!
