Hi..just to ask if the property project is delay exceed 2 years as stated in the S&P, the developer has created an additional agreement and put new klausa which is buyer cannot claim LAD until they complete the house, took extra 7 years to finish. Is the additional agreement valid? The case already filed at Tribunal Tuntutan Pembeli Rumah to claim LAD. thanks
